How long do you deliver the goods?

On average, we fulfill orders within 2-5 working days, depending on the ordered goods and their quantity. On average, orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the time the order is placed.
If you would like to receive your order faster, please email us. email labas@rustile.lt and we will check if we can expedite your order.

How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay for goods in several ways:

  • PayPal . You can pay for your items using your PayPal account.

  • By credit or debit card.

  • Apple Pay .


  • The most popular payment methods. We cooperate with the secure online payment intermediary "Paysera". By choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the intermediary and will be able to choose from a wide range of payment methods:
  • Paysera account;
  • Swedbank online banking;
  • SEB online banking;
  • Luminor online banking;
  • Citadele online banking;
  • Šiaulių Bankas online banking;
  • Medicinos Bankas online banking;

  • Payment on delivery (COD) (+2Eur). If the goods are delivered to your home, you can pay by bank card or cash - in this case, have a non-refundable amount to avoid inconvenience, as the courier may not have a refund for larger amounts. If the goods are delivered to a parcel machine - you can only pay by card. Cash on delivery costs 2Eur.

  • By bank transfer . If you choose this payment method, you will have to make the payment yourself to our bank account using the following details:

Payment purpose: Your order number, for example: Order 12345

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.

Please complete the order within 3 days, otherwise your order will be canceled.

What shipping methods do you offer? How much does delivery cost?

We work with all the most popular courier services in Lithuania:

  • DPD home delivery or selected DPD post machine.
  • Omniva delivery to the selected post machine.
  • Venipak home delivery or selected Venipak/LP Express post machine.

All delivery methods cost 2Eur, but if the amount of your order exceeds the amount of 70Eur, we will deliver the package to you for free!

Where can I leave a comment about an order?

If you want to leave a comment about your order, you can do so in the basket - before filling in your details. When the cart is not empty, the "Message to seller" box appears - this is where you leave your comment. You won't see your comment after your order is confirmed, but it's visible to us. If you still doubt whether we have received your message, you can safely contact us by e-mail. by mail to labas@rustile.lt.

I want to adjust my order - how do I do that?

If you have already placed your order and noticed that you have chosen the wrong measurements or design, contact us by email immediately. by mail labas@rustile.lt or by phone +37067797785 (only on working days, 8:00-17:00). If the order has not yet started production, we will be able to adjust it. The deadline for order production and delivery will be recalculated from the date of submission of the correction.

What does a "sewn" bedding set mean?

Almost all of our products are sewn only after receiving an order. This means that you can choose from the measurements we offer or apply by e-mail. by mail if you did not find the measurements you want in our store.

What does "Last units" mean?

We sew some sets according to the most popular standard measurements and keep them in stock. We no longer have the fabric for such sets, so we can no longer make sets of other measurements after ordering. You can get these items even 45% cheaper! Standard measurements and equipment of such sets:

  • Singles - 150x215cm duvet cover, 70x70cm pillowcase, 150x220cm sheet without rubber. All covers are unfastened.
  • Double beds - 200x220cm duvet cover, 2 pcs. 70x70cm pillowcases, 200x220cm sheet without rubber. All covers are unfastened.
Will I be able to return the wrong products?

All products purchased from our online store have a 14-day return guarantee.
If you changed your mind about the product, its color or pattern did not suit you - contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving or picking up the package. by mail to labas@rustile.lt.
Please include your order number (for example #1234), the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If you voluntarily return the goods, you are responsible for all shipping costs. We will return the money to your account within 5 days of receiving the returned goods, minus shipping costs.
High-quality, custom-made products and fabrics are non-returnable.

I received the wrong product - what should I do?

If by mistake you received the wrong item, contact us immediately by e-mail. email labas@rustile.lt and we will correct the error as soon as possible.

The color of the product is different from what I expected - what should I do?

We photograph the bedding sets ourselves and try to reflect the colors and patterns as accurately as possible. A slight color discrepancy is possible due to the resolution and color rendering of different devices. We indicate this in the descriptions of all products. Unfortunately, such a discrepancy is not considered a defect.

The measurements of the product did not correspond to the ordered ones - what to do?

It is very important that you measure the covers as soon as you receive the goods - before washing. Since the fabrics are cut and the covers are sewn by hand, a discrepancy of up to 2 cm is possible. If the discrepancy is greater - contact e-mail. by mail to labas@rustile.lt.

After washing the bedding set, the covers have shrunk - is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. Natural fabrics tend to shrink when washed in warm/hot water. Generally, duvet covers can shrink up to 5%, so we recommend choosing a slightly larger duvet cover. If you notice more shrinkage after washing, contact us by email. by mail to labas@rustile.lt.

What is the difference between satin and canvas?

Both satin and canvas are 100% cotton fabrics, the only difference is the way they are woven. Satin threads are thinner, and the fabric is more densely woven. Its weight is 130g/sq.m. Satin is softer, lighter than canvas. The weave of the canvas is less dense, it is woven from slightly thicker threads, it is more durable, but not as soft as satin. Canvas weight 146g/sq.m.

Both fabrics are 100% natural, absorb moisture well and allow the skin to breathe.

I've had satin sheets, but I didn't like them because they were too slippery and electric. Is your satin like this?

Slippery and electrifying satin - not made from 100% cotton. Scammers are common in Lithuania who sell bedding sets calling them satin, even though they are not made of natural down. Unfortunately, such sets are either completely synthetic or mixed with synthetics, even if it is declared on the package that it is 100% cotton.
