If you need to change your order after placing it, contact us immediately by email at info@rustile.eu or by phone at +37067797785 (Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00). Changes are possible only if production hasn’t started yet. The new production and delivery time will apply from the date the change is made.

What does "Made to order" bedding set mean?

Most of our products are made only after you place the order. This means you can choose from standard sizes or request custom sizes by email if you don’t find the right size in our store.

What does "Last pieces" mean?

Some sets are pre-sewn in popular sizes and kept in stock. For these sets, the fabric is no longer available, so additional sizes cannot be made. These products are available at up to 45% off! Standard sizes include:

  • Single set – 150x215 cm duvet cover, 70x70 cm pillowcase, 150x220 cm flat sheet. All without fasteners.
  • Double set – 200x220 cm duvet cover, 2x 70x70 cm pillowcases, 200x220 cm flat sheet. All without fasteners.

Can I return items if they don’t fit?

All products purchased in our online store come with a 14-day return policy.
If you change your mind or the color/pattern doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@rustile.eu.
Please provide your order number (e.g., #1234), the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If you return items voluntarily, you will cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned items (excluding the original shipping cost).
Custom-made products and cut fabric cannot be returned.

I received the wrong item – what should I do?

If you received the wrong product by mistake, contact us immediately at info@rustile.eu and we’ll fix it as soon as possible.

The color looks different than I expected – what should I do?

We photograph all products ourselves and try to show colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences. This is not considered a defect.

The sizes do not match what I ordered – what should I do?

It’s important to measure the covers as soon as you receive them, before washing. Handmade items may vary up to 2 cm. If the difference is greater, contact us at info@rustile.eu.

The bedding shrank after washing – is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Natural fabrics shrink when washed in warm/hot water. Bedding can shrink up to 5%, so we recommend choosing covers slightly larger than your duvet. If excessive shrinkage occurs, contact us at info@rustile.eu.

What’s the difference between satin and cotton percale?

Both are 100% cotton but woven differently. Satin uses finer threads and is denser (130 g/m²), making it softer and lighter. Percale is less dense, made with thicker threads, and is more durable but not as soft (weight 146 g/m²). Both are breathable and absorb moisture well.

I’ve had satin bedding before, but it was too slippery and static. Will yours be the same?

Slippery, static satin usually contains synthetic fibers. Some sellers mislabel synthetic blends as "100% cotton satin." Learn how to spot the difference in this article.
