We usually fulfill orders within 2-5 business days, depending on the products and quantities ordered. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the time of placing the order.

You can pay for your products in several ways:
- PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account.
- Credit or Debit card.
- Apple Pay.
- Most popular payment methods. We cooperate with the secure online payment provider "Paysera". When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the provider and will be able to choose from many payment options:

- Cash on delivery (COD) (+€2). If the products are delivered to your home, you can pay by bank card or cash – please have the exact amount, as the courier may not have change for larger bills. If the products are delivered to a parcel terminal – you will only be able to pay by card. Cash collection upon delivery costs €2.

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email sent to your provided email address.
Please complete the transfer within 3 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
We work with all the most popular courier services in Lithuania:
- DPD delivery to your home or selected DPD parcel terminal.
- Omniva delivery to the selected parcel terminal.
- Venipak delivery to your home or selected Venipak/LP Express parcel terminal.
All delivery methods cost €2, but if your order exceeds €70, delivery is free!
If you want to leave a comment about your order, you can do so in the cart – before filling in your details. When the cart is not empty, a field called "Message to the seller" appears – this is where you should leave your comment. After receiving the order confirmation, you will not see your comment, but we will see it. If you are unsure whether we received your message, you can confidently contact us by email at info@rustile.eu.
If after placing your order you noticed that you selected the wrong measurements or design – please contact us immediately by email at info@rustile.eu. If the order has not yet entered production, we will be able to adjust it. The production and delivery time of the order will be recalculated from the date the correction is submitted.
Almost all of our products are sewn only after receiving an order. This means that you can choose from our offered measurements or contact us by email if you did not find your desired size in our store.
Some sets are sewn according to the most popular standard sizes and kept in stock. For these sets, we no longer have additional fabric, so we cannot produce other sizes after the order. You can purchase these products with up to 45% discount! Standard sizes and set composition:
- Single – 150x215 cm duvet cover, 70x70 cm pillowcase, 150x220 cm flat sheet. All covers without fastening.
- Double – 200x220 cm duvet cover, 2 pcs. 70x70 cm pillowcases, 200x220 cm flat sheet. All covers without fastening.
All products purchased in our online store come with a 14-day return guarantee.
If you change your mind about the product, or its color or pattern does not suit you – within 14 days of receiving or collecting the order, please contact us by email at info@rustile.eu.
Provide your order number (for example #1234), the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If you return items by choice, you assume all shipping costs. We will refund the money to your account within 5 business days of receiving the returned items, minus shipping costs.
High-quality custom-made products and fabrics are non-returnable.
If you accidentally received something different from what you ordered – please contact us immediately by email at info@rustile.eu and we will correct the mistake as soon as possible.
We photograph the bedding sets ourselves and strive to reflect the colors and patterns as accurately as possible. Some slight color differences may occur due to different device resolutions and color rendering. This is indicated in all product descriptions. Unfortunately, such differences are not considered a defect.
It is very important to measure the covers as soon as you receive the products – before washing. Since fabrics are cut and covers are sewn by hand, a deviation of up to 2 cm is possible. If the deviation is larger, please contact us by email at info@rustile.eu.
Yes – this is completely normal. Natural fabrics, when washed in warm/hot water, tend to shrink. Usually, covers may shrink up to 5%, so we recommend choosing a slightly larger duvet cover. If you notice greater shrinkage after washing, please contact us by email at info@rustile.eu.
Both sateen and canvas are 100% cotton fabrics, differing only in their weave. Sateen threads are thinner and the fabric is woven more densely. Its weight is 130 g/m². Sateen is softer and lighter than canvas. Canvas has a looser weave, made from slightly thicker threads, making it more durable but not as soft as sateen. Canvas weight is 146 g/m².
Both fabrics are 100% natural, absorb moisture well, and allow the skin to breathe.
Slippery and static sateen is not made from 100% cotton. In Lithuania, there are fraudsters who sell bedding sets labeled as sateen, even though they are not made from natural fabrics. Unfortunately, such sets are either entirely synthetic or mixed with synthetics, even if the packaging declares them as 100% cotton.
