How long does delivery take?

 

We usually process orders within 2-5 business days, depending on the items and quantities ordered. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order.
If you would like to receive your order sooner, please email us at labas@rustile.lt and we will check if we can expedite your order.

 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in several ways:

  • PayPal. You can pay for your order using your PayPal account.

  • Klix payments.  We cooperate with the secure online payment intermediary "Klix payments", which is managed by Citadele bank. When you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the intermediary and can choose from a variety of payment options:
    • Citadele online banking;
    • Luminor online banking;
    • Revolut online banking;
    • SEB online banking;
    • Šiaulių bank online banking;
    • Swedbank online banking;
    • Credit or debit card.

  • Most popular payment methods. We cooperate with the secure online payment intermediary "Paysera". When you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the intermediary and can choose from a variety of payment options:
    • Paysera account;
    • Swedbank online banking;
    • SEB online banking;
    • Luminor online banking;

  • Cash on delivery (COD) (+2Eur). If your order is delivered to your home, you can pay by bank card or cash – in this case, please have the exact amount to avoid inconvenience, as the courier may not have change for larger bills. If your order is delivered to a parcel locker, you can only pay by card. Cash collection upon delivery costs 2Eur.

  • Bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, you will need to make the payment yourself to our bank account using the following details:

    • Payment purpose: Your order number (For example: "Order #12345")
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email sent to your provided email address.
Please make the transfer within 3 days, otherwise your order will be canceled.

What delivery methods do you offer? How much does delivery cost?

We work with all the most popular courier services in Lithuania:

  • DPD delivery to your home or selected DPD parcel locker. 
  • Omniva delivery to your selected parcel locker.
  • Venipak delivery to your home or selected Venipak/LP Express parcel locker.
All delivery methods cost 2Eur, but if your order exceeds 70Eur, delivery is free!

    Where can I leave a comment about my order?

    If you want to leave a comment about your order, you can do so in the cart – before filling in your details. When your cart is not empty, a "Message to seller" field appears – this is where you should leave your comment. After receiving the order confirmation, you will not see your comment, but we will. If you are unsure whether we received your message, feel free to contact us by email at labas@rustile.lt.

    I want to modify my order – how can I do that?

    If you notice after placing your order that you selected the wrong measurements or design, contact us immediately by email at labas@rustile.lt or by phone at +37067797785 (weekdays only, 8:00-17:00). If your order has not yet gone into production, we can modify it. The production and delivery time will be recalculated from the date of the correction.

    What does "Made to order" bedding set mean?

    Almost all our products are made to order. This means you can choose from our offered sizes or contact us by email if you can't find your desired size in our store.

    What does "Last pieces" mean?

    Some sets are sewn in the most popular standard sizes and kept in stock. We no longer have fabric for these sets, so we cannot make other sizes after the order. You can buy these products up to 45% cheaper! Standard sizes and set contents for these sets:

    • Single – 150x215cm duvet cover, 70x70cm pillowcase, 150x220cm sheet without elastic. All covers without zipper.
    • Double – 200x220cm duvet cover, 2 pcs. 70x70cm pillowcases, 200x220cm sheet without elastic. All covers without zipper.

     

    Can I return items that didn't suit me?

     

    All products purchased in our online store come with a 14-day return guarantee.
    If you change your mind about a product, or the color or pattern doesn't suit you, contact us within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order at labas@rustile.lt.
    Please provide your order number (for example #1234), the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
    If you return items at your own discretion, you are responsible for all shipping costs. We will refund your money to your account within 5 business days of receiving the returned items, minus shipping costs.
    Quality products made to individual order and fabrics are non-returnable.


    I received the wrong item – what should I do?

    If you received the wrong item by mistake, contact us immediately at labas@rustile.lt and we will correct the error as soon as possible.

    The color of the product is different than I expected – what should I do?

    We photograph our bedding sets ourselves and strive to represent colors and patterns as accurately as possible. Some color variation is possible due to different device resolutions and color displays. This is indicated in all product descriptions. Unfortunately, such variation is not considered a defect.

    The product measurements did not match what I ordered – what should I do?

    It is very important to measure the covers as soon as you receive the products – before washing. Since fabrics are cut and covers are sewn by hand, a discrepancy of up to 2cm is possible. If the discrepancy is greater, contact us at labas@rustile.lt.

    The bedding covers shrank after washing – is this normal?

    Yes – this is completely normal. Natural fabrics tend to shrink when washed in warm/hot water. Covers can shrink up to 5%, so we recommend choosing a slightly larger duvet cover. If you notice more shrinkage after washing, contact us at labas@rustile.lt. 

    What is the difference between sateen and cotton fabric?

    Both sateen and cotton fabric are 100% cotton materials, differing only in their weave. Sateen threads are finer and the fabric is woven more densely. Its weight is 130g/m². Sateen is softer and lighter than cotton fabric. Cotton fabric is less densely woven, made from slightly thicker threads, is more durable, but not as soft as sateen. Cotton fabric weighs 146g/m².

    Both fabrics are 100% natural, absorb moisture well, and allow your skin to breathe.

    I have had sateen bedding before and didn't like it because it was too slippery and static. Is your sateen like that?

    Slippery and static sateen is not made from 100% cotton. In Lithuania, there are scammers who sell bedding sets as sateen, even though they are not made from natural fabrics. Unfortunately, such sets are either completely synthetic or blended with synthetics, even if the packaging claims it is 100% cotton.
